Gracefield Counselling Services was formed by Stephen McIntyre in 2026 to offer a safe, confidential and welcoming space particularly to those in the rural community where you can be heard and supported in the issues that you are facing.
Our practice is shaped by our values of grace, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s inherent worth. While our work is informed by a Christian worldview, we warmly welcome people of all beliefs and those with no faith background.
There can often be unique challenges within rural communities/families with an unspoken expectation to stay strong and carry on. At Gracefield Counselling Services we offer space to pause, breath out, speak honestly and be met with kindness and understanding.
We support individuals facing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and seasons of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Our counselling approach is gentle, client centered, practical and collaborative, walking alongside you at a pace that feels right to you.
Gracefield Counselling Services is a place where you can be heard and accepted without judgement. We would love to hear your story, and remember, its ok to ask for help!
Sessions available online and in person.

Fill out the 'Contact Us' form below letting us know what issues you are facing at the moment or why you would like to speak to us.
I will get in touch with you with a brief phone call to have an initial chat and arrange an assessment at a time that suits you best.
At the assessment we will discuss the issues you are facing and see if what I can offer you will be beneficial for you. This can be done face to face or online.
The counselling sessions are 50 minutes long, designed to be taken at your pace in a safe environment where you feel at ease to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. This is your space for your benefit.
And remember - It's ok to ask for help.
